An original Derry girl living in Tipperary a long time. I've always had an artistic side since school. A keen appreciation for art I also write poetry, paint and draw.

I started making candles during lock down, as since a young girl I love scents, oils and their health benefits. I worked in Jo Malone and loved the courses we did on bringing different scents together. I thought there was a need for clean soy based candles with essential oils, the more I learned I decided to start Lakeside Zen Candles and I enjoy the process immensely.

I now sell freshly poured Candles to customers, a few shops and corporate. It's very rewarding to hear how much my customers enjoy them as I love making them so much.
